Hi elizanvisser, welcome to the WD Community. Be sure to connect the Passport directly to the Mac, avoid using USB extension cables or USB hubs. If the problem continues try connecting the Passport to another Mac if possible. Dec 10, 2018 My WD passport is not showing up at all – the disk utility feature only shows internal drives. I know the external drive is fine as I have recently used it to view photos on my smart tv. Logitech wireless solar k750 for mac. My Mac does recognise my pen drive, iPhone etc, so it’s not the USB port either.
